Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

We currently offer complimentary delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 3–5 working days from placing your order for delivery. As each order is carefully prepared and packed by our team, this timeframe includes both order preparation and delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a UK bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at help@oliya-atelier.com and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

Our website currently offers standard checkout for UK delivery only.

If you would like to order from the EU or US, please DM us on Instagram at @oliya.atelier or email help@oliya-atelier.com before ordering. We’ll do our best to arrange delivery for you.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-orders

Where an item is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page. Pre-order delivery times differ from our standard 3–5 working day delivery timeframe.
