Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your OLIYÃ Atelier piece. However, if it isn’t quite right, we offer complimentary returns on UK orders.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you would like to make a return.

To start a return, please contact us at help@oliya-atelier.com with your order number. Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide you with a complimentary prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Return condition

As each OLIYÃ Atelier piece is made in very limited quantities, we kindly ask that you take care when trying on your blazer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused, other than trying it on
• In its original condition
• Free from makeup, fake tan, stains, marks and strong odours
• Unwashed, unaltered and undamaged
• Returned with all original labels and tags attached
• Carefully repacked in its original OLIYÃ Atelier packaging

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value where an item has been worn, damaged or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Signature Brooch

If you received a Signature Brooch as a complimentary gift with your order, it’s yours to keep, even if you decide to return your blazer.

If you purchased a Signature Brooch separately and would like to return it, our standard returns policy applies.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. We’ll email you as soon as your refund has been approved and processed.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or incorrect items

Every OLIYÃ Atelier piece is carefully checked before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at help@oliya-atelier.com, including your order number and photographs where relevant, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

As we produce The Imperfection in very limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange.

If you would like a different size, please contact us at help@oliya-atelier.com and we’ll do our best to help.

International returns

Our complimentary returns policy currently applies to UK orders only.

If we have arranged delivery to the EU or US with you directly, please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the return process.
